Kaagaz provides an online tool to browse invitation templates, customise designs, save drafts, and share digital cards. Features may change as we improve the product.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register.

You retain ownership of photos, text, and other materials you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service.

You must have the right to use anything you upload. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or harmful.

Templates, stickers, fonts, and other assets provided by Kaagaz remain our property or that of our licensors. You may use them only within the Service to create invitations.

Shared card links may be viewed by anyone who has the URL. You are responsible for what you publish and who you share it with.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Use it for spam, fraud, or harassment.
• Access another user's account without permission.
• Upload malware or harmful code.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaagaz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
